Refund Policy

All subscription payments made on NEB Exam are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed and your subscription has been activated on your account, the amount paid will not be refunded, either in full or in part.

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

It is your responsibility to confirm the following before making any payment:

• You are logged in to the correct account (email address) that should receive the subscription.
• You have selected the correct plan and duration.
• Your class level and the subjects you need are available on the platform.
• You have reviewed the free content and understand what the subscription unlocks.
• The amount shown at checkout, including any coupon discount, is correct.

Mistakes made at the time of purchase — such as choosing the wrong plan, paying from the wrong account, or buying without reviewing the content — are not grounds for a refund.

• Change of mind after the subscription is activated.
• Unused or partially used subscription periods.
• Not using the platform, or using it less than expected.
• Dissatisfaction with exam results. Using NEB Exam does not guarantee any particular result.
• Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, including account sharing.
• Device, internet, or browser issues on the user's side.

If money was deducted from your eSewa, Khalti, or bank account but your subscription was not activated, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us within 7 days with your transaction ID and the email address of your account.

After verifying the transaction, we will either activate your subscription or reverse the duplicate charge. This is the only case in which money may be returned.

An activated subscription cannot be transferred to another account, exchanged for a different plan, or converted into cash or referral balance.
